1. O app
O Buraco Lounge é um app gratuito para jogar buraco com amigos e contra bots, oferecido por Salvia Code Labs (CVR 46552970) ("nós"). Ao usar o app, você aceita estes termos e a política de privacidade.
2. Sua conta
Você pode jogar contra bots sem conta. Para jogar com amigos, entre com a Apple ou o Google. Você é responsável pelo que acontece na sua conta e pode excluí-la a qualquer momento em Ajustes → Excluir conta.
3. Respeito à mesa — tolerância zero
O chat existe para conversar com os amigos à mesa. Não é permitido enviar conteúdo ofensivo, discriminatório, assediador, sexual, violento, ilegal, spam ou que exponha dados de outras pessoas. Temos tolerância zero com isso.
- Todo jogador pode denunciar uma mensagem e bloquear outro jogador; o anfitrião pode desligar o chat.
- Analisamos as denúncias e podemos remover conteúdo e suspender ou excluir contas que violem estes termos, sem aviso prévio.
- Um filtro esconde automaticamente palavras ofensivas.

4. Contribuições
O app é gratuito e sem anúncios. Você pode, se quiser, fazer uma contribuição pela App Store ou pelo Google Play para ajudar a pagar os servidores do app. As contribuições são voluntárias, não são doações a uma entidade beneficente, não desbloqueiam nada e não mudam o jogo. Pagamentos e reembolsos seguem as regras da loja em que foram feitos.
5. Uso aceitável do app
Não tente burlar as regras do jogo, acessar contas ou dados de outras pessoas, sobrecarregar ou atacar os servidores, nem copiar ou revender o app.
6. Sem garantias
Fazemos o possível para o app funcionar bem, mas ele é oferecido "como está", sem garantia de funcionamento contínuo ou sem erros. Partidas podem ser interrompidas por manutenção ou falhas.
7. Responsabilidade
Na medida permitida por lei, não respondemos por perdas indiretas decorrentes do uso do app. Nada nestes termos limita direitos que você tenha como consumidor pela lei aplicável.
8. Encerramento
Você pode parar de usar o app e excluir sua conta quando quiser. Podemos encerrar o app ou contas que violem estes termos.
9. Lei aplicável e mudanças
Estes termos são regidos pela lei dinamarquesa, sem prejuízo das proteções ao consumidor do seu país. Se os termos mudarem, atualizaremos a data no topo e avisaremos no app quando a mudança for importante.

Buraco Lounge is a free app for playing buraco with friends and against bots, provided by Salvia Code Labs (CVR 46552970) ("we"). By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Your account
You can play against bots without an account. To play with friends, sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what happens in your account and can delete it at any time in Settings → Delete account.
3. Respect at the table — zero tolerance
Chat is for talking with friends at the table. Do not send content that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal, spam, or that exposes other people's personal data. We have zero tolerance for it.
- Every player can report a message and block another player; the host can turn chat off.
- We review reports and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, without notice.
- A filter automatically hides offensive words.

4. Contributions
The app is free and has no ads. If you wish, you can make a contribution through the App Store or Google Play to help pay for the app's servers. Contributions are voluntary, are not donations to a charity, unlock nothing and do not change the game. Payments and refunds follow the rules of the store you paid through.
5. Acceptable use of the app
Do not try to get around the game's rules, access other people's accounts or data, overload or attack the servers, or copy or resell the app.
6. No warranty
We do our best to keep the app working well, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Games may be interrupted by maintenance or faults.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may close the app or accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Danish law, without affecting the consumer protections of your country. If the terms change, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app for significant changes.
